We are a confectionary shop selling our original sweets using unique local ingredients, such as Kanro Joyu (vintage soy sauce) and Jinenjo (Japanese wild yam). Many other fresh cakes using highest quality whipped cream, and Japanese sweet called “Doppo” named after Mr. Doppo Kunikida, the great novelist in modern Japan, are our popular lines.
