Volunteer Guide for White-walled Town Walking

We provide volunteer guide services that show you around white-walled town by walking.
Established in 1987, we have twenty volunteers currently.
Free guide services are available for a group of five or more. (Booking Required)
※We may arrange services for less than four people; please ask us.

Yamaguchi Flower Land Park Tour

Flower Land details

Visitors can enjoy strolling around the flower and greenery garden with a park guide.
You will be amazed to discover small facts and unique findings that you never knew.
We have 3 tour courses based on unique themes, such as “Floral Treasure Box”, “Floral Promenade”, and “Floral Memory”.
We hold variety of workshops every season.

Meeting Point: Yamaguchi Flower Land Entrance Gate
Fees: Park Guide: Free of charge（500 JPY for High School Student or Older, 250 JPY for Elementary and Jr. High School Students, 20% off for a large group over 20 or more）Workshop requires extra charge. Please contact park office for details.
Course: “Hana-no-Tamatebako (Floral Treasure Box)”: Walking Tour…Greenhouse tour in Flower Promotion Centre

“Hana-no-Sampomichi (Floral Promenade)” : Walking Tour…Shinjo Waterway tour with a guide

“Hana-no-Omoide (Floral Memory)” : Walking Tour…Planting flowers at community garden (100 JPY/person, 1 flower pot to take home)

As for “Floral Memory”, please enjoy planting flowers in a planter in case of rains or the community garden is fully planted.

Gessho Volunteer Guide（Gessho Museum）

Gessho Museum details

This museum exhibits a wide variety of historical materials related to famous Buddhist monk and royalist Gessho in the end of Edo period, and Seikyosodo,
a private academy which produced many brilliant patriots during the Meiji Restoration.
