We are designated as one of the “Yamaguchi Shokusai-ten” (officially certified restaurants and shops providing local food). We offer a wide variety of locally brewed Sake and carefully selected Shochu, as well. As we are located in a very convenient area, only 1-minute walk from JR Yanai station, we are popular as a secret restaurant among not only local patrons but also commuters.

Odayaka Udon-no SHIRAKABE-YA Honten

With a history of more than 100 years since its foundation, our Udon noodle shop is located near the entrance of a traditional white walled street. Our smooth taste Udon noodles are made in Matsumoto Noodle Factory. Our special recommendation is Kakiage Udon, a bowl of noodles topped with small shrimp tempura. The taste of special local seafood from the Seto Inland Sea is packed in this Tempura.
