Higashiya

We have been a Japanese confectionery maker since the Edo period, for more than 170 years, of the traditional popular jelly-like sweets called “Okina-ame”.
This sweet is only available in Yanai and its nostalgic flavour is produced by carefully-selected ingredients after a five-day process carried out by skilled professionals of Japanese sweets. Seasonal-shaped and flavoured sweets are also recommended.
