Among them, the famous &#8220;Dassai&#8221;, &#8220;Gokyo&#8221;, and &#8220;Gangi&#8221; are extremely popular.<br \/>\nOne of the most popular food products is a local curry called &#8220;Jinenjo Curry&#8221;, which uses unique ingredients such as Jinenjo (Japanese wild yam) and Kanro Joyu (vintage soy sauce). Jinenjo yam grows thanks to a special cultivation method, which was first invented in Yanai.
